Do we offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes we offer a complimentary gift-wrapping service. Please indicate the products that you want gift wrapped in the comments section when placing your order. For that extra special occasion or if you just really want to spoil someone special why not select a number of products for inclusion in a tailor made gift box. Just email us by using our contact form or phone us with your product selection and we will confirm the box size and total charge. We offer complimentary gift boxes for purchases over $100.00. Please indicate in the comments field at checkout if you require your purchase to be packaged in a gift box.
Custom made items including furniture, bedding, Ceramics or hand painted products may contain variation of colours and shades. Our suppliers ensure care is taken and no two pieces will ever look the same ensuring you will have a unique piece to treasure. The utmost care is taken when packaging these goods for transportation. Our furniture deliveries include free transit insurance. Please check all received goods prior to signing delivery dockets. If there is any noticeable damage please contact us immediately on +612 9529 4401. Please note: - once goods are received, signed transit insurance becomes void.
Can I refund Sale items purchased?
Everything that is offered during our Sales are not refundable unless there is a fault.

Returns, Exchange and Cancellation
Bon Bon Trésor provides customers with high quality merchandise and all care is taken into account before items are dispatched. Depending on the items you have purchased different returns and exchange policies apply. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may exchange it for a store credit or a refund will be issued by original method of payment minus shipping charges within 14 days of date of delivery. Reasons for returned items must be explained in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When returning goods, include a copy of the original receipt, all returned merchandise must be in their original packaging unworn, altered or washed and all tags attached. Use secure packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Bon Bon Trésor reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

If my size is not available can I still order a garment?
Yes, if the sizing is not available or out of stock, please contact our store for more information in regards to custom orders.
How long does it take to receive a custom ordered garment?
Estimated delivery time for custom orders is between 5-6 weeks of placing your order, however this may vary. Please contact our store for more information.
If the size is not right, can I get a refund?
We do not Refund on Couture clothing, however we can either offer you a credit or opportunity to exchange. Please choose carefully.
