Returns, Exchange and Cancellation

Bon Bon Trésor provides customers with high quality merchandise and all care is taken into account before items are dispatched. Depending on the items you have purchased different returns and exchange policies apply. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may exchange it for a store credit or a refund will be issued by original method of payment minus shipping charges within 14 days of date of delivery. Reasons for returned items must be explained by using our contact form. When returning goods, include a copy of the original receipt, all returned merchandise must be in their original packaging unworn, altered or washed and all tags attached. Use secure packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Bon Bon Trésor reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Returns or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of items. Please note, your bank may require more time to process the transaction.

If my size is not available can I still order a garment?

Yes, if the sizing is not available or out of stock, please contact our store for more information in regards to custom orders.

How long does it take to receive a custom ordered garment?

Estimated delivery time for custom orders is between 5-6 weeks of placing your order, however this may vary. Please contact our store for more information.

If the size is not right, can I get a refund?

We do not Refund on Couture clothing, however we can either offer you a credit or opportunity to exchange.  Please choose carefully.
