Do we offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes we offer a complimentary gift-wrapping service. Please indicate the products that you want gift wrapped in the comments section when placing your order. For that extra special occasion or if you just really want to spoil someone special why not select a number of products for inclusion in a tailor made gift box. Just email us by using our contact form or phone us with your product selection and we will confirm the box size and total charge. We offer complimentary gift boxes for purchases over $100.00. Please indicate in the comments field at checkout if you require your purchase to be packaged in a gift box.

Custom made items including furniture, bedding, Ceramics or hand painted products may contain variation of colours and shades. Our suppliers ensure care is taken and no two pieces will ever look the same ensuring you will have a unique piece to treasure. The utmost care is taken when packaging these goods for transportation. Our furniture deliveries include free transit insurance. Please check all received goods prior to signing delivery dockets. If there is any noticeable damage please contact us immediately on +612 9529 4401.  Please note: - once goods are received, signed transit insurance becomes void.

Can I refund Sale items purchased?

Everything that is offered during our Sales are not refundable unless there is a fault.

Returns, Exchange and Cancellation

Bon Bon Trésor provides customers with high quality merchandise and all care is taken into account before items are dispatched. Depending on the items you have purchased different returns and exchange policies apply. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may exchange it for a store credit or a refund will be issued by original method of payment minus shipping charges within 14 days of date of delivery. Reasons for returned items must be explained by using our contact form. When returning goods, include a copy of the original receipt, all returned merchandise must be in their original packaging unworn, altered or washed and all tags attached. Use secure packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Bon Bon Trésor reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

If my size is not available can I still order a garment?

Yes, if the sizing is not available or out of stock, please contact our store for more information in regards to custom orders.

How long does it take to receive a custom ordered garment?

Estimated delivery time for custom orders is between 5-6 weeks of placing your order, however this may vary. Please contact our store for more information.

If the size is not right, can I get a refund?

We do not Refund on Couture clothing, however we can either offer you a credit or opportunity to exchange.  Please choose carefully.

  Kapow kids is an Australian designer, creating cool kids, baby and toddler clothing. The range is created especially for little fashionistas aged up to10 years old and is unique and funky, styling for fashion forward families.

Delivery Within Australia

All domestic deliveries are delivered via Australia Post. You may expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days or up to 7 days for remote areas.  All orders over AU$99.00 Australia wide includes free shipping. Otherwise, when placing your order a delivery fee of AU$9.95 will be displayed at checkout. 

International Delivery
We have two options offered at checkout for International Delivery:

Australia Post Airmail
Orders will be packaged and sent during the next working day. You may expect your package within 7-14 business days. Be aware, there may be delays due to custom clearance at destination. A delivery fee of AU$15 for New Zealand and AU$30 for the rest of the world will be displayed at checkout. However we will contact you if items are bulky or large and an additional fee is required. When packaging your order we take the utmost care to ensure that breakages do not occur.  Please note any loss or damage is out of our hands.

DHL Express Courier Service

Orders will be packaged and sent during the same day or next working day if order placed on weekend. You may expect your package within 2 to 5 business days pending on your location. Some remote areas may take longer. 

A delivery fee of AU$28 for New Zealand and AU$45 for the rest of the world will be displayed at checkout. However we will contact you if items are bulky or large and an additional fee is required. When packaging your order we take the utmost care to ensure that breakages do not occur.  Please note any loss or damage is out of our hands.

Customs and Duty Tax Charges 

International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver once the parcel reaches its destination country. Bon Bon Tresor cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order or a refund of any goods if these charges are not paid. Custom policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees.

Customer Service Policy

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days. 

Shipping 

In the event that we process your order incorrectly we will be happy to provide a refund or replace the item, including reimbursement of associated postage fees. 

Free In-Store Pick Up

Free In-Store pick up allows you to click and collect your purchase from Bon Bon Tresor Childrens Boutique during operating hours.

All prices quoted on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
